SHIVOM Terms of Service

Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Any additional delivery or assembly charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

7.2 Payments

Payments can be made through authorized third-party payment gateways supporting credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking.
Some products may require advance or partial payment, adjusted against the final price during billing.

In case of transaction failure or suspected fraud, SHIVOM reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.

8. Shipping and Delivery

8.1 Order Fulfilment

Orders are processed after confirmation and receipt of payment for prepaid transactions. We deliver to the address specified during checkout, subject to serviceability in your area.

8.2 Delivery Conditions

Please ensure:

  • The delivery location is accessible to the required transport vehicle
  • Lifts or staircases are large enough to accommodate the ordered product
  • You or an authorized recipient is present to accept delivery

If access limitations prevent delivery, additional handling charges may apply.
Ownership transfers to you once delivery is completed.

8.3 Damaged or Lost Items

If your order is damaged or lost due to SHIVOM or our logistics partners, we will work with you to replace or refund the product at no extra cost.

9. Warranty, Returns, and Cancellations

9.1 Warranty

All SHIVOM products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Please review the full Warranty Policy for detailed coverage and exclusions.

9.2 Returns

Eligible products may be returned within the return window mentioned on the product page.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging unless the issue is covered under warranty.

Returns are not applicable for:

  • Custom-made or assembled furniture
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling
  • Clearance or discounted items

9.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed via the original payment method or bank transfer within 5–7 working days of approval.
For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be made via electronic transfer only.

9.4 Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
For made-to-order furniture (like sofas or wardrobes), cancellations after 24 hours may incur processing fees.

9.5 Out-of-Stock Items

If a product becomes unavailable after order placement, you will be informed and offered an exchange, refund, or delayed delivery option.

10. Offers, Gift Codes, and Promotions

Promotional offers, gift codes, or coupons are valid only for specified durations and conditions.
They cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Unauthorized reproduction or use of codes is prohibited.

11. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

We welcome your feedback and reviews on our products. By submitting content (reviews, photos, suggestions), you grant SHIVOM a perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, or display such content across platforms for marketing and service improvement.

You must not post:
